2013 Grammys!

This post is a little behind, but I watched the Grammy’s while I was in Calgary and I have to say I don’t remember the Grammy’s being so dressy! I guess I get it confused with other more laid-back awards shows, also the letter they released telling the stars to dress appropriately. They had to have known that would cause some people to push the limits!

Now I’m not going to post my top 5 like I usually do because honestly only one person the whole night really stood out to me with both her fashion and personal choices. I think you know who…. Rihanna! She is one of the few who actually wore color to the event that night and this Azzedine Alaia dress is amazing!!

I love her hair, her red lips, the criss cross top, and the elongated train! It’s total perfection!

Her second look of the night was an all black, clingy dress by Alaia again! It looked like just a basic dress until the light hit her and you could see her undergarments through it. Underwear as outerwear is one of her staples lately, it seems. Her performance was really good and once again, I love her hair!! Can she just keep it like this forever and not shave it, cut it, dye it, or anything else totally crazy!

Then for the Bob Marley tribute song, she wore a sparkly skirt and crop top combo by Luciano Soprani. Giving glimpses of her latest tattoo and if she had lifted her arms up a bit more would have exposed more than the Grammy’s strict dress code would have appreciated!

But all those amazing wardrobe changes aside, I couldn’t help but notice this through out the night…
